Yes, but we don't soak or scrub it. Soaking the harness webbing can weaken the fibers, so we spot-clean it, then wipe down the buckles and crevices. Many people don't know this: putting it in a washing machine yourself actually reduces how well it protects.

No. For something your child bites, licks and breathes on all day, we use hypoallergenic detergent and rinse thoroughly, leaving no harsh smell. If you have questions about ingredients, just ask us what we use at pickup.

Usually 5–7 business days; about 10–14 business days with shipping. Car seats and strollers must be completely dry before reassembly — rush one out half-dry and it will mildew and smell a couple of days later. During the rainy season we allow an extra day or two, and we'll tell you upfront so you're not left waiting.

Send us photos on LINE first. Milk stains, baby food, vomit and mildew can mostly be removed; if the fabric itself is faded or damaged, there's nothing we can do, and we'll tell you honestly: "this is as far as cleaning can take it." We won't take your money and then leave you disappointed.

Yes — picking them up together costs less and saves a trip. We count everything with you at pickup and quote only after seeing the actual condition.
