The free-delivery threshold is based on the cleaning total of a single order (before discounts, coupons, points and account credit). By pickup area: Taoyuan, Zhongli and Luzhu Districts, NT$300 or more; Linkou District and the rest of Taoyuan City (except Fuxing District), NT$800 or more; other areas, NT$2,000 or more. Below that, the fee is NT$80. Our staff pick up and deliver door to door across Taoyuan City and Linkou District, New Taipei City; other areas can ship via 7-Eleven store-to-store shipping. Our shop is on Nanchang Rd., Luzhu District, Taoyuan City, right in the Nankan area. Most addresses in Luzhu and Nankan can get same-day pickup; for Linkou and other areas, add us on LINE with your address and we'll confirm available time slots with you.
No. Bag Wash is only available in Taoyuan, Luzhu and Zhongli Districts of Taoyuan City, with door-to-door pickup & delivery by our staff, in about 1–2 days; for other areas (including Linkou), please use per-item cleaning. For details, see Bag Wash。
Yes. Leave the items at your door or with your building's front desk, send us a photo on LINE showing where they are, and we'll pick them up when we arrive. Delivery works the same way: we can arrange a time that suits you, or leave them at the front desk and let you know.
