What is Bag Wash? Which areas, and how long does it take? Clothes, loungewear, sheets and duvet covers are priced per bag with no item limit: one bag per machine, never mixed with other customers' laundry. Bag Wash covers only Taoyuan District, Luzhu District (including Nankan) and Zhongli District of Taoyuan City, with door-to-door pickup & delivery by our staff and no shipping; items are returned in about 1–2 days. It suits families and working people with lots of daily laundry. For suits, coats, down and other items that need individual care, please choose per-item cleaning instead. See the Bag Wash plans below for prices.
- You just want to lie down after work, but the laundry basket is overflowing

FAQ
How much fits in one bag?
It depends on the plan; the product page shows the weight or capacity limit. If anything doesn't fit, we'll confirm with you at pickup. No hidden extra charges.
What can't go in Bag Wash?
Leather, down, wedding dresses, designer luxury items and suits that need dry cleaning are safer with "per-item cleaning". We'll also pick them out and let you know at pickup.
Will my clothes be mixed with others'?
No. Each customer's items are handled separately, every item gets its own tag, and the whole washing process is recorded on camera, so if you have any concerns, we can review the footage.
Can I include underwear and intimates?
Yes. We suggest packing them in a separate small bag, and we'll handle them with extra care.
Will everything be folded?
Yes. After washing and drying, we fold everything before delivery, so you can put it straight into your closet.
How long does Bag Wash take?
About 1–2 days. Long holidays or bad weather may add a little time, and we'll let you know in advance.
Which areas does Bag Wash cover?
Bag Wash currently covers only Taoyuan, Luzhu and Zhongli Districts of Taoyuan City, with door-to-door pickup & delivery by our staff; no shipping. For other areas, you can use per-item cleaning instead (available across Taiwan: door-to-door in all of Taoyuan City and Linkou District, New Taipei City; shipping elsewhere). See Pickup & Delivery Info。
