- How much is dry cleaning per item?
- Priced by item. Current per-item prices on this page: shirts from NT$80, T-shirts & polos from NT$80, blazers from NT$200, coats & trench coats from NT$250, down jackets from NT$250, down comforters from NT$450, sneakers from NT$250. Luxury items, leather goods and special materials have their own groups; see the prices in each group above.
- Is the Price List price what I'll pay in the end?
- The Price List shows base prices per item. Heavy stains, special materials, and items that need to be taken apart or repaired are quoted separately. We check garment condition with you at pickup before quoting and start cleaning only after you agree to the price. If we find something that needs extra work along the way, we'll tell you the situation and cost on LINE first, and you decide whether to go ahead.
- Bag Wash or per-item cleaning: which should I choose?
- Bag Wash is priced per bag, not per item (currently NT$250–300 per bag, depending on the weight plan). It suits everyday clothes and bedding; suits, coats, down and luxury pieces that need individual care are better sent as single items. Bag Wash is only available in Taoyuan, Luzhu and Zhongli Districts of Taoyuan City, with door-to-door pickup by our staff and no shipping; for other areas, please send items individually. - Is there a delivery fee for pickup & delivery?
- Pickup & delivery fees depend on the area. Zhongli, Taoyuan and Luzhu Districts: free on orders of NT$300 or more, otherwise NT$80. Pingzhen, Longtan, Yangmei, Xinwu, Guanyin, Bade, Daxi, Guishan, Dayuan and Linkou Districts: free on orders of NT$800 or more, otherwise NT$80. - How long does cleaning take?
- Regular clothing takes about 5–7 business days; shipped orders about 10–14 business days. Leather goods, luxury bags and special treatment take longer; we'll give you an estimated completion time when we quote at pickup. Every item is tagged, so you can check its current stage on LINE.

・Bag Wash is priced per "bag" regardless of the number of items; overweight bags are charged by the actual weight tier.
