Shipping is NT$80. You can send it to the Luhang store, and we'll ship it back to you store-to-store. In Taoyuan, we offer pickup & delivery.
You can also drop items off yourself. Type "store info" in our LINE chat to get our shop details. Our LINE service can help with many things, such as automatic balance and item progress checks, and notifies you automatically when your items are done (LINE linking required)

Inquiry Stain on a Gore-Tex windbreaker spread while cleaning. Can it be saved?
Hi, I have a light windbreaker made of Gore-Tex. It got marked by a whiteboard or quick-dry marker, so I scrubbed it with a brush and mild dish soap, but the ink accidentally spread. Can you help lighten or clean the area where it spread?
Customer service reply:
We can try. Since we don't know how damaged the garment is, we suggest bringing it in so we can assess it.
