What do I need to provide for my first booking?
Just tell us the items, quantity and pickup/delivery address. For stains or special fabrics, you can send photos on LINE first so the shop understands what you need.
Can you pick up today?
Please ask on LINE about today's route and available time slots; the shop will confirm the schedule. Dates when pickup & delivery is paused are announced on the home page.
Can I choose a delivery time once it's ready?
Let the shop know your preferred delivery date first, then we'll confirm the arrangements. If you need cleaning while traveling, you can also use the travel log in My Account to plan your dates.
Where do you offer pickup & delivery?
We serve all of Taiwan. Our own staff pick up and deliver door to door across Taoyuan City (including Nankan, Zhongli, Neili, Zhongyuan, Qingpu, Guishan, Yangmei, Dayuan and Guanyin) and Linkou District, New Taipei City; other areas are served by shipping. Bag Wash is only available in Taoyuan, Luzhu and Zhongli Districts, with no shipping. For delivery fees and how it works, see Pickup & Delivery Info。
Dry cleaning or washing: how do you decide?
Check the care label inside the garment. The circle symbols are for professional cleaners: a P or F in the circle means it can be dry cleaned, a W means professional wet cleaning is allowed, and a crossed-out circle means no dry cleaning. The washtub symbol means it can be washed in water; a crossed-out tub means it cannot. At pickup we choose dry cleaning or washing based on the care label and the fabric.
Can I send curtains, rugs, plush toys or comforters?
Yes. We take curtains, rugs, plush toys, comforters and down comforters, shoes and bags. Prices depend on the item and size; see the Price List.
How long does cleaning take?
Regular clothing takes about 5–7 business days; shipped orders about 10–14 business days; Bag Wash about 1–2 days. Leather, luxury items and special treatment take longer, and we'll let you know when we quote at pickup.
Can I track my order?
Log in to your account and go to "Track My Order" to view your orders, or contact the shop on LINE.
