How is luxury item care done, and how long does it take? Designer bags, wallets, shoes and clothing are handled one by one: at pickup we check the condition and take photos for the record, then quote, and only clean once you agree. We'll tell you honestly whether it can be cleaned and how much it can be improved. Designer clothing usually takes about 5–7 business days, about 10–14 business days with shipping; bags and leather goods take longer, and we'll tell you at pickup. All of Taoyuan and Linkou District, New Taipei City get door-to-door pickup & delivery by our staff; other areas use shipping.

How We Handle It
- Each item inspected and photographed at pickupExisting wear, fading and scratches are photographed first and confirmed with you before we start.
- Tested on an inconspicuous spot firstLeather, coatings and dyes react differently, so we test a small area first and make sure the color doesn't bleed or change before treating the whole item.
- Cleaned by handFor bags, we treat yellowed linings, dirty exteriors and dark grime on handles; wallets are dusted by hand, dark marks and verdigris left by coins are treated, and the oily film from hands is removed.
- Conditioning after cleaningLeather jackets and pants are conditioned with oil after cleaning so they don't stiffen; wallet zippers and clasps get extra protection.
- One more check before returnWe compare against the photos from pickup and confirm the condition before notifying you.
What we can't do, up front:Worn-white areas and fading are color loss that cleaning can't restore; recoloring needs a separate assessment. Aging, peeling faux leather can't be repaired. If your item has a brand warranty, it's your choice whether to send it to the brand or to us. We explain these at pickup.

Which areas do you serve?

How are bags like Hermès and CHANEL priced?
Bags like these need to be seen — material and condition — before we can quote; the Price List says "quoted after inspection at pickup." You can send photos on LINE first, and we'll let you know after taking a look.
Can worn-white or faded areas be restored by cleaning?
No. Worn-white areas and fading are color loss that cleaning can't bring back; recoloring needs a separate assessment. We'll explain this at pickup so you don't expect it to look restored after cleaning.
Will you charge extra after cleaning?
No. We inspect and photograph at pickup and quote after seeing the condition; work starts only after you agree.
My item has a brand warranty — should I send it to the brand or to you?
It's up to you. If the brand's warranty terms matter more, you can send it to the brand first; if you're not sure, send us photos on LINE first, we'll explain how much we can improve it, and then you decide.
Once It's With Us
CleaningRecorded on camera (CCTV), so if you have any concerns, you can review that day's footage. Every item has a unique tag number, so you can check its current stage in My Account on the website or on LINE. Any existing flaws we find at pickup are photographed, recorded and pointed out to you first.
