Birthday Reward

EN Laundry birthday treat: 100 points on your birthday, usable for the full amount!

Thank you for your support. We'd like to be the first to wish you a happy birthday.

What you get

If you are a registered member with a verified birthday, the system adds 100 points to your account right after midnight on your birthday, so it's there as soon as your birthday starts.

How to use the points

• 1 point = NT$1: 100 points are worth NT$100.
• Use them for the full amount: points can cover 100% of your purchase at checkout. A NT$100 service costs NT$0 after your birthday points.

How to get it

1. Log in to My Account.
2. Open "Profile" or "Edit Account".
3. Enter your correct date of birth.
4. Make sure "Birthday verified" shows "Yes" (if not, contact us or tick the box to confirm). You can verify with a document showing your birthday, such as an ID or NHI card (cover everything except your name and date of birth).

Note: please verify before your birthday. If you verify after your birthday has passed, that year's reward can't be added, so you'll have to wait until next year.
