Welcome to EN Laundry! We don't just clean your clothes; we also want to give something back. Earn points with every purchase and use them as cash, or exchange them for great-value member services in the "Points Store."
1. Points Are Your Laundry Money
On our website, 1 point = NT$1. Simple and clear, with rewards you can really feel!
- How to earn:
- Purchase rewards: Every cleaning item you order comes with its own set number of bonus points.
- Sign-up gift: New users get 100 points as soon as they sign up (that's NT$100 right away!).
- Referral rewards: When a friend you refer signs up and completes their first order, you receive a referral bonus, and your friend gets 100 points to use toward orders (the 100-point sign-up gift for new users).
- How to use:
- Use at checkout: You can apply your points at the bottom of the checkout page.
2. Points Store: Make Your Points Worth 3x!
Besides using points as cash, you can also exchange them in the [Points Store] for special services available only to members:
- Professional water-repellent treatment (market value NT$300): only 100 points.
- Garment steamer / dehumidifier rental: only 150 points, so you can easily care for your clothes at home.
- Garment dust covers / scented sachets: only 20~50 points.
- Tip: Exchanging points for services in the store gets you more value than using them as cash!

The more you wash, the more you save! You are upgraded automatically based on your accumulated level points and get a member discount:

4. FAQ
Q1: Do points expire?
Points earned in a given year expire on December 31 of the following year. Please be sure to redeem them in the Points Store or use them at checkout before that year-end date; expired points become void automatically.
Q2: How do I check my points?
Log in, then go to "My Account" > "My Points" to see your current balance and points history.
Q3: Can points be used on every item?
Currently, points can be used on most items.
