How much does dry cleaning cost in Taoyuan, and how long does it take? Suits, coats, wool jackets, sweaters, dresses and gowns are dry cleaned or washed based on the care label and material, priced per item (see the Price List). We quote after checking the garment condition at pickup and only clean once you agree. All of Taoyuan and Linkou District, New Taipei City get door-to-door pickup & delivery by our staff; other areas use shipping. Usually about 5–7 business days, about 10–14 business days with shipping.

How We Handle It

  1. Inspected and photographed at pickupExisting stains, snags, loose seams and fading are photographed and pointed out to you first.
  2. Dry cleaning or washing, based on the care label and materialWool and silk don't handle hot water or scrubbing well; lined garments need care because the outer fabric and lining shrink differently. If we're unsure, we test on an inconspicuous spot first.
  3. Stains treated firstCollars and cuffs get extra cleaning; stain spots you point out are treated first. Yellowing, mildew and dye transfer can get extra special treatment, with the cost explained first.
  4. Pressed and reshaped to suit each garmentSuit trousers are pressed along their original crease, coats are steamed to remove creases, pleated skirts are pressed pleat by pleat, and sweaters are laid flat to reshape so they don't stretch.
  5. Returned only when fully dryGarments put away while still damp tend to smell musty, so we only pack and return them once completely dry.
What we can't do, up front:Fading and worn-white areas are color loss that cleaning can't restore; worn gowns often have snags that may be more visible after cleaning; the longer a stain sits and the more the material absorbs color, the more likely it can only be lightened. We photograph and explain these at pickup.

FAQ

How long does garment cleaning take?

Regular garments take about 5–7 business days; about 10–14 business days with shipping. Leather and special treatment take longer — we'll give you an estimate at pickup.

Which areas do you serve?

We serve all of Taiwan. All of Taoyuan and Linkou District, New Taipei City get door-to-door pickup & delivery; other areas ship by courier. See the Pickup & Delivery page for each area's delivery fee and free delivery threshold.

Who decides between dry cleaning and washing?

We check the care label and material first and make a recommendation. If you have specific requests (for example, dry clean only, or no tumble drying), let us know when ordering or at pickup and we'll follow them.

Will you charge extra after cleaning?

No. We inspect and photograph at pickup and quote after checking the garment condition; cleaning starts only after you agree. If special treatment is needed, we explain the cost before doing it.

Can stains be removed?

Send us photos on LINE first. The type of stain, how long it's been there and the material all affect the result: some can be removed, some can only be lightened; fading and worn-white areas can't be restored by cleaning. We'll tell you honestly.

Can I send these together with Bag Wash?

Bag Wash is only available in Taoyuan, Luzhu and Zhongli Districts, takes about 1–2 days, and has no shipping option. For garments that need individual care, like suits, coats, sweaters and gowns, please choose per-item cleaning; if you live in one of these three districts, you can hand everything to our pickup staff at once and we'll price them separately.

Once It's With Us

CleaningRecorded on camera (CCTV), so if you have any concerns, you can review that day's footage. Every item has a unique tag number, so you can check its current stage in My Account on the website or on LINE. Any existing flaws we find at pickup are photographed, recorded and pointed out to you first.
