You can choose add-ons to suit your needs, and each one adds to the cost. Because add-ons are done separately by hand, their fees are added on top of the cleaning fee.

Vests by Material

Our vest cleaning is graded by material (cotton, knit, wool, quick-dry performance fabric, mesh sportswear and more). We first sort by material and color and check the care label and the source of each stain, then pre-treat sweat stains, stubborn stains, collar grime and yellow underarm stains. Wool or knitted vests are washed at low temperature with a gentle or wool-specific detergent, by hand or on the machine's gentle cycle, to prevent distortion. Performance fabrics are washed at low temperature to keep their functional coatings (such as water repellency or quick-dry finishes), or given protective treatment if needed. Knits are laid flat to reshape after washing so they don't stretch, and when necessary we deal with pilling, loose threads or small repairs. Finally we check the size and appearance by hand, and you can choose folded packing or a hanger. We also offer express service, pickup and delivery for companies and groups, and door-to-door pickup & delivery. It suits vests worn for everyday, office or sports use, helping them get their shape and comfort back and last longer.

Down Vests

Down vests are lofty and warm, so they are cleaned with extra care. We first check the condition of the fill, the seams and the outer durable water repellent (DWR) layer, and note where there are prints, leather or zippers. Light soiling gets spot pre-treatment. If the whole vest needs cleaning, we use professional low-temperature wet cleaning or dry cleaning with a down-specific detergent, so the down keeps its natural oils and warmth. After washing, professional drying with repeated low-heat fluffing (tumbling, or down dryer balls / tennis balls) lets the down spring back evenly without clumping, and we monitor the temperature during drying and fluffing so the down is not damaged. Down vests with a waterproof outer coating can have DWR re-sprayed on request. Finally we check the loft and look for down leaking, and reinforce seams or repair the fill when necessary. You can choose dry cleaning or wet cleaning, and we offer antibacterial deodorizing (at extra cost), professional drying and fluffing, and door-to-door pickup & delivery. It suits anyone who cares about warmth and looks, bringing back the loft and comfort of the down.

Quilted (Padded) Vests

Please note: because of how they are worn and how they are made, quilted vests may already have clumped padding. The padding will not recover after washing and may clump a little more, so please keep this in mind before sending.

Pricing

NT$150 per vest. We check the item and confirm the quote before cleaning, and only clean after you agree.

Pickup & Delivery

Door-to-door pickup & delivery covers all of Taoyuan City and Linkou District (New Taipei City). The rest of Taiwan is served by shipping.

At pickup every item is checked and photographed, and every item gets a garment tag so you can track it.

Thank you for trusting us. To make sure your clothes and valuables get proper care and to protect both sides, please read the following notes carefully before sending items for cleaning:

1. Please check before sending items (basis of our disclaimer)

Empty all pockets:Please check pockets carefully before handing over items. We are not responsible for storing or compensating for cash, IDs, jewelry, earphones, receipts or other valuables left behind. If we find anything, we will keep it safe and return it, but please check to avoid unnecessary disputes.

Tell us about existing flaws:If a garment already has tears, loose seams, dye stains, fading, loose buttons, heavy yellowing or moth holes, please tell the counter staff when you drop it off, or let us know on LINE.

Valuable or high-end items (e.g. Chanel/Hermès bags, high-end leather, tailored suits): we recommend our premium care service (Luxury Item Care). Please check the item's current condition together with our staff in store or discuss it online (e.g. leather wear, oxidized hardware), and have it noted on the cleaning ticket.

2. Cleaning and stain removal results (reasonable expectations)

About difficult stains:For sweat, blood, ink, juice, paint, old yellow stains or mildew, we do our best with professional enzymes and stain removers on the affected area. If a stain is very old, or the fibers have already deteriorated or taken on the color, we cannot promise it will come out completely.

Special materials:

  • Unstable or non-colorfast dyes: if a garment's dye is not colorfast, it may fade slightly after cleaning.
  • Coatings / PU faux leather / waterproof seam tape: these materials have a limited lifespan (usually 2–3 years) and may peel or lose seam tape during cleaning due to hydrolysis and aging. If peeling has already started, it will usually get worse after cleaning, so please keep this in mind.

3. Storage of uncollected items

Collect on time:When your items are ready, we will send you a text message. Please collect them with your claim ticket within 30 days of the notice, or contact us to arrange delivery.

Late storage fee:From day 31, a storage fee of NT$10–20 per item per day applies to uncollected items (up to 3 months).

Abandonment of ownership:Items not collected more than 6 months after the notice date are considered abandoned by the customer. We may recycle, donate or otherwise dispose of them to free up storage space, and the customer may not object or claim compensation.

4. Checking items at pickup and handling disputes

Check on the spot:When collecting, please check on the spot that the number of items and accessories (e.g. belts, fur collars, liners) are complete, and check the cleaning quality.

Re-cleaning window:If you find an item not fully clean or poorly pressed, bring it back to the shop with your receipt within 3 days of pickup (with our laundry tag still attached and unworn), and we will redo it free of charge.

5. Compensation for loss or damage

We carry liability insurance. If a garment is seriously damaged, deformed or lost due to improper cleaning on our part, compensation follows the Ministry of Economic Affairs' "Mandatory and Prohibited Provisions for Standard Laundry Service Contracts":

  • Regular garments: compensation is a multiple of the item's cleaning price (usually capped at 5 to 20 times, depending on depreciation).
  • Valuable items without a declared value: if the value was not declared in advance and the item did not go through our premium care process, total compensation is capped (e.g. no more than NT$5,000–10,000).

Notes on Special Services

1. Down comforters / large bedding
Please check the bedding's care label when you buy it. Some natural silk and pure wool comforters are dry clean only or must not be washed. We never vacuum-compress animal fibers, to avoid physical damage to fibers and feather quills (down itself can be compressed).

2. Pet items
For hygiene, please remove loose hair and waste from pet clothing and beds before sending them in. We wash pet items separately using pet-specific disinfectant and dedicated machines, so you can send them with peace of mind.
