What Sets a Shirt Apart Is the Collar and Cuffs
When you wear a shirt, the first things people notice are the collar band, collar points and cuffs. These are also the parts that get especially dirty and lose their shape most easily.
Skin oil and sweat build up inside the collar and oxidize into yellow stains over time. The collar band and cuffs wrinkle, lose their shape and go limp from repeated rubbing and poor ironing.
These three areas are where we focus.
Yellow Collar Stains: The Sooner, the Better
Yellowing inside the collar comes from skin oil and sweat oxidizing and building up in the fibers. These stains have one key trait: when fresh, they are a mix of water-soluble and oily matter and are easy to treat; once oxidized and set, they need stronger treatment, and full removal cannot be promised.
So our approach is: before washing, every shirt gets pre-treatment on the collar, inner cuffs and underarms, rather than relying on the overall wash.
If your shirt already has old yellow stains, we treat them specifically and explain the expected results at pickup, but we do not promise a full restoration. If the fiber itself has deteriorated, it cannot be restored.
Pressing: How We Handle Collars and Cuffs
- Collar band and points: pressed from the outside in and from the points toward the center, so no wrinkles are pushed in. Collar points lie flat instead of curling up
- Cuffs: smooth with no hard creases, and no bunching around the buttonholes
- Front placket: pressed section by section between buttons, never pressed over buttons
- Back and yoke: shaped in one pass to avoid double creases
- Sleeves: as you specify (with or without a sleeve crease, confirmed at pickup)
Sleeve Creases: Tell Us Your Preference
Some customers want a sharp sleeve crease; others prefer none. Either is fine, but we won't choose for you. Let us know on your first order and we'll record it as your standard from then on.
Please Tell Us Before Sending
- Linen, silk or silk blends (cleaned and pressed differently)
- Non-iron or wrinkle-resistant shirts (the pressing temperature must be adjusted; too much heat damages the resin finish)
- Dark and bright colors (a lot of dye is released on the first wash, so they are handled separately)
- Shell or other special buttons (fragile, so they are covered for protection)
- Removable collar stays (please take them out, or let us know and we will do it)
- Worn collar points and cuff edges (areas that are already fraying may get worse after cleaning)
- Areas with old yellow stains, ink or sweat stains
What We Don't Do
- No chlorine bleach (it makes fibers brittle and can permanently discolor some dyes)
- No detergents with optical brighteners on colored shirts
- No pressing over buttons
- No high-heat pressing on non-iron shirts
Hanger or Folded: Your Choice
Hanger: good for hanging straight into the closet, and keeps the collar shape better
Folded: good for business trips, travel or limited storage space
We offer both. Just confirm at your first pickup and we'll keep using it.
Storing It After Pickup
- Remove the dust cover. Plastic covers trap leftover moisture, which over time can cause yellowing and mildew spots
- Make sure the shirt is completely dry before storing it
- Take collar stays out before cleaning; leaving them in the collar for a long time distorts its shape

NT$80 per shirt. We check the item and confirm the quote before cleaning, and only clean after you agree. Special fabrics and old stains are charged separately.

Pickup & Delivery
Door-to-door pickup & delivery covers all of Taoyuan City and Linkou District (New Taipei City). The rest of Taiwan is served by shipping.
At pickup every item is checked and photographed, and every item gets a garment tag so you can track it.

Thank you for trusting us. To make sure your clothes and valuables get proper care and to protect both sides, please read the following notes carefully before sending items for cleaning:
1. Please check before sending items (basis of our disclaimer)
Empty all pockets:Please check pockets carefully before handing over items. We are not responsible for storing or compensating for cash, IDs, jewelry, earphones, receipts or other valuables left behind. If we find anything, we will keep it safe and return it, but please check to avoid unnecessary disputes.
Tell us about existing flaws:If a garment already has tears, loose seams, dye stains, fading, loose buttons, heavy yellowing or moth holes, please tell the counter staff when you drop it off, or let us know on LINE.
Valuable or high-end items (e.g. Chanel/Hermès bags, high-end leather, tailored suits): we recommend our premium care service (Luxury Item Care). Please check the item's current condition together with our staff in store or discuss it online (e.g. leather wear, oxidized hardware), and have it noted on the cleaning ticket.
2. Cleaning and stain removal results (reasonable expectations)
About difficult stains:For sweat, blood, ink, juice, paint, old yellow stains or mildew, we do our best with professional enzymes and stain removers on the affected area. If a stain is very old, or the fibers have already deteriorated or taken on the color, we cannot promise it will come out completely.
Special materials:
- Unstable or non-colorfast dyes: if a garment's dye is not colorfast, it may fade slightly after cleaning.
- Coatings / PU faux leather / waterproof seam tape: these materials have a limited lifespan (usually 2–3 years) and may peel or lose seam tape during cleaning due to hydrolysis and aging. If peeling has already started, it will usually get worse after cleaning, so please keep this in mind.
3. Storage of uncollected items
Collect on time:When your items are ready, we will send you a text message. Please collect them with your claim ticket within 30 days of the notice, or contact us to arrange delivery.
Late storage fee:From day 31, a storage fee of NT$10–20 per item per day applies to uncollected items (up to 3 months).
Abandonment of ownership:Items not collected more than 6 months after the notice date are considered abandoned by the customer. We may recycle, donate or otherwise dispose of them to free up storage space, and the customer may not object or claim compensation.
4. Checking items at pickup and handling disputes
Check on the spot:When collecting, please check on the spot that the number of items and accessories (e.g. belts, fur collars, liners) are complete, and check the cleaning quality.
Re-cleaning window:If you find an item not fully clean or poorly pressed, bring it back to the shop with your receipt within 3 days of pickup (with our laundry tag still attached and unworn), and we will redo it free of charge.
5. Compensation for loss or damage
We carry liability insurance. If a garment is seriously damaged, deformed or lost due to improper cleaning on our part, compensation follows the Ministry of Economic Affairs' "Mandatory and Prohibited Provisions for Standard Laundry Service Contracts":
- Regular garments: compensation is a multiple of the item's cleaning price (usually capped at 5 to 20 times, depending on depreciation).
- Valuable items without a declared value: if the value was not declared in advance and the item did not go through our premium care process, total compensation is capped (e.g. no more than NT$5,000–10,000).
Notes on Special Services
1. Down comforters / large bedding
Please check the bedding's care label when you buy it. Some natural silk and pure wool comforters are dry clean only or must not be washed. We never vacuum-compress animal fibers, to avoid physical damage to fibers and feather quills (down itself can be compressed).
2. Pet items
For hygiene, please remove loose hair and waste from pet clothing and beds before sending them in. We wash pet items separately using pet-specific disinfectant and dedicated machines, so you can send them with peace of mind.
