What Cleaning Can and Can't Do
Stains differ in what they're made of and how long they've been there. Some stains that have soaked deep into the bag's fibers may not come out completely even after cleaning, but we do all we can to treat them and make them much less noticeable.
Please understand that cleaning can't remove 100% of all stains. Thank you for your understanding and trust.
For stains such as ballpoint pen and pencil marks, we use professional cleaners and techniques to fade them as much as possible and bring the bag back to a cleaner condition.
On some bag styles, the fabric or sequin designs may lose some color after cleaning because of the material. This is normal and doesn't affect how the bag works or its quality.
Black mold spots are generally hard to remove completely by cleaning. Our school bag cleaning can help fade surface grime, but it can't fully remove mold spots.
Cleaning improves most odors, but if the bag has been moldy for a long time, the musty smell can only be reduced, not completely eliminated.
We suggest thinking it over carefully before deciding to send it, so the result matches your expectations.
Once the dirt is removed, the original color looks brighter. That isn't fading.
If the bag already has wear or damage, the scrubbing and friction during cleaning may make the damaged areas slightly larger. This is normal.

Can spine-support school bags (such as Tiger Family) be cleaned?
Yes. We have cleaned Tiger Family bags before, and you can see real examples in our Cleaning Cases section. Spine-support bags have back panels and many compartments, so we check the structure and materials at pickup first and then explain how we'll clean it.
How many days does it take? How should I plan before school starts?
School bag cleaning usually takes about 5–7 working days, plus the time for shipping both ways if you ship it. We suggest sending it during winter or summer break when it isn't in use, rather than waiting until the week before school starts.
How is school bag cleaning priced?
The price depends on the style of the bag. See the price on this page and our bag cleaning price list. If you're concerned about mildew, you can add an anti-mildew, antibacterial treatment. We quote after seeing the bag at pickup.
What should I watch out for when washing a school bag at home?
Empty all the compartments first and scrub only the dirty areas with a neutral detergent; don't soak the whole bag for a long time. Afterwards, leave it in a well-ventilated place and make sure it's completely dry inside and out before putting it away.
How much can you do about mildew and pen marks on a school bag?
Ballpoint pen and pencil marks can be faded. Black mold spots can be faded on the surface but can't be fully removed (see the cleaning notes above).

Thank you for trusting us. To make sure your clothes and valuables get proper care and to protect both sides, please read the following notes carefully before sending items for cleaning:
1. Please check before sending items (basis of our disclaimer)
Empty all pockets:Please check pockets carefully before handing over items. We are not responsible for storing or compensating for cash, IDs, jewelry, earphones, receipts or other valuables left behind. If we find anything, we will keep it safe and return it, but please check to avoid unnecessary disputes.
Tell us about existing flaws:If a garment already has tears, loose seams, dye stains, fading, loose buttons, heavy yellowing or moth holes, please tell the counter staff when you drop it off, or let us know on LINE.
Valuable or high-end items (e.g. Chanel/Hermès bags, high-end leather, tailored suits): we recommend our premium care service (Luxury Item Care). Please check the item's current condition together with our staff in store or discuss it online (e.g. leather wear, oxidized hardware), and have it noted on the cleaning ticket.
2. Cleaning and stain removal results (reasonable expectations)
About difficult stains:For sweat, blood, ink, juice, paint, old yellow stains or mildew, we do our best with professional enzymes and stain removers on the affected area. If a stain is very old, or the fibers have already deteriorated or taken on the color, we cannot promise it will come out completely.
Special materials:
- Unstable or non-colorfast dyes: if a garment's dye is not colorfast, it may fade slightly after cleaning.
- Coatings / PU faux leather / waterproof seam tape: these materials have a limited lifespan (usually 2–3 years) and may peel or lose seam tape during cleaning due to hydrolysis and aging. If peeling has already started, it will usually get worse after cleaning, so please keep this in mind.
3. Storage of uncollected items
Collect on time:When your items are ready, we will send you a text message. Please collect them with your claim ticket within 30 days of the notice, or contact us to arrange delivery.
Late storage fee:From day 31, a storage fee of NT$10–20 per item per day applies to uncollected items (up to 3 months).
Abandonment of ownership:Items not collected more than 6 months after the notice date are considered abandoned by the customer. We may recycle, donate or otherwise dispose of them to free up storage space, and the customer may not object or claim compensation.
4. Checking items at pickup and handling disputes
Check on the spot:When collecting, please check on the spot that the number of items and accessories (e.g. belts, fur collars, liners) are complete, and check the cleaning quality.
Re-cleaning window:If you find an item not fully clean or poorly pressed, bring it back to the shop with your receipt within 3 days of pickup (with our laundry tag still attached and unworn), and we will redo it free of charge.
5. Compensation for loss or damage
We carry liability insurance. If a garment is seriously damaged, deformed or lost due to improper cleaning on our part, compensation follows the Ministry of Economic Affairs' "Mandatory and Prohibited Provisions for Standard Laundry Service Contracts":
- Regular garments: compensation is a multiple of the item's cleaning price (usually capped at 5 to 20 times, depending on depreciation).
- Valuable items without a declared value: if the value was not declared in advance and the item did not go through our premium care process, total compensation is capped (e.g. no more than NT$5,000–10,000).
Notes on Special Services
1. Down comforters / large bedding
Please check the bedding's care label when you buy it. Some natural silk and pure wool comforters are dry clean only or must not be washed. We never vacuum-compress animal fibers, to avoid physical damage to fibers and feather quills (down itself can be compressed).
2. Pet items
For hygiene, please remove loose hair and waste from pet clothing and beds before sending them in. We wash pet items separately using pet-specific disinfectant and dedicated machines, so you can send them with peace of mind.
