If Something Goes Wrong with My Clothes, How Do We Trace It?

Everything from pickup and cleaning to dispatch is recorded on camera (CCTV). Every item also gets its own garment tag, so we can see which stage it's at and which storage slot it's in, and it never gets mixed up with anyone else's clothes.

If something does go wrong with an item, there's no need for he-said-she-said: we'll pull up the footage and review it together with you. Some items arrive with problems that can't be fully fixed. In those cases we tell you honestly when we give the quote, not after cleaning.
