How Long Does Cleaning Take? Can I Check Progress?

It depends on the type and number of items. Regular clothes take a different amount of time than luxury items, shoes and bags that need special treatment, so we'll give you an estimated completion time along with the quote at pickup.

Every item is tagged throughout the process, so you can check on LINE at any time which stage it's at. When it's done, we'll notify you on LINE, so there's no need to keep waiting or asking.
