A customer sent in a canvas bag. As usual, we asked what the stains were and how they happened, but the customer wasn't sure either. Our normal degreasing method didn't work, so we removed the yellow stains first and then treated the overall yellowing.

But the bag was probably quite old, so the black parts started bleeding dye onto the white canvas, and we had to adjust our cleaning and restoration approach once again.

You can actually wash a canvas bag yourself; just be careful not to let the bag's shape and base get deformed. If you're not sure how, ask us and we'll show you :)

Why include this photo? Many people don't pay attention when washing, and the base ends up deformed and falling apart. Please be extra careful with it.
