A Plush Toy Covered in Mold Spots

We really don't recommend letting a plush toy get as moldy as the one in these photos. First, it's hard to clean and can affect your home environment. Second, mold can fade the colors or cause patches of fur to fall out. (We once had one where, after brushing the fur back with a boar-bristle brush, a small spot was missing.)

So we recommend storing plush toys in a dry place. If you really won't be using one for a while, clean it first, then pack it away with anti-mold sheets.

Taiwan is humid. If you put the toy straight into a cabinet when you get it back, it may already have absorbed some moisture while sitting in the living room before being packed, and that greatly increases the chance of mold later.

If you'd like anti-mold sheets, just let us know in your order notes and we'll give you some for free.
