School Bag Cleaning, Case 3

A few days ago, a customer said to me, "Boss, you really got it clean. My clothes were super dirty, weren't they?"

In that moment, I was happy but also a little sorry.

We deal with all kinds of stains every day and don't always have time to take photos and keep records. With a lot of the dirt we see, we just treat it quickly and get the item back to the customer.

We can't always remove every stain completely, but we always do everything we can.

So unless a customer specifically tells us, we don't remember what each person's clothes looked like before.

Keep in mind that special stains can't all be solved by tossing the item into a washing machine. If they could, the detergent would have to be so strong that other clothes might be damaged.

Everything is pre-treated slowly by hand, item by item, and only then washed together.
