Cap after cleaning and steam reshaping, with its structured shape back

Sometimes customers bring in caps that have already been washed at home and gone completely limp.

Besides giving extra treatment to the stains the customer couldn't wash out, after cleaning we use a dedicated hat steamer to press and reshape the cap from the inside out.

What we do differently from other shops: caps are usually pressed from the outside with a small tailor's ham, which can leave whitish shine marks on cotton. A dedicated hat steamer works from the inside out, with the heated area inside the cap, so this problem doesn't happen. It's the same type of machine that hat factories use.

The result: the cap gets its original crisp, structured shape back.
