First Time Sending Items for Cleaning? How the Process Works

It takes four steps:

1. Add us on LINE, tell us what needs cleaning and where you are, and set a time for pickup at your door.
2. We come to you and count the items with you in person. Each item gets its own garment tag, and we give you a quote only after checking its condition. We take the items only once you agree to the price.
3. Items are dry cleaned, washed or gently washed depending on the material. Everything from pickup to dispatch is recorded on camera (CCTV).
4. When cleaning is done, we notify you on LINE. Set a time for delivery, or pick up at the shop yourself. You can check progress on LINE at any time.
