Yes. Leave the items at your door or with your building's management office (front desk), then send us a photo on LINE showing where they are, and we'll collect them when we arrive.

Delivery works the same way: we can set a time that suits you, or leave the items with the management office first and let you know. Everything is recorded along the way, so there's no need to worry about mix-ups.
