The owner of this bag was polite and lovely. At first we weren't especially keen to take on a large item with so many yellow spots, and it had also gone soft and lost some of its shape. But the customer was willing to wait, so we gave it a try. In the end, besides removing the stains, we pressed and set the bag back into the shape it should have. The customer was happy, and that's what counts.

FAQ

Q: How long does it take to clean a bag with problems?

A: Items are usually handled in the order they arrive, so it can sometimes take anywhere from half a month to a month. If you need the item by a certain date, please let us know in advance. Stains that need special treatment in particular can't be rushed. For moldy items, for example, after treatment we let them sit for one to two weeks to make sure the mold doesn't come back, and only then condition, finish and press them. If you can't wait, we're sorry, but you'll need to find another shop that can work with your timeline.
