Caps usually turn yellow along the inner band at the forehead, and this one was no exception. There were also some unidentified stains on the side. The customer had tried washing it themselves, and it lost its original structure; the whole cap had gone flat.

After cleaning and finishing, we not only removed the cap's yellow stains but also used a hat-shaping machine to restore its shape.

The strap was badly yellowed too. People usually adjust the fit by pulling the strap by hand, without noticing their hands are oily. Over time, combined with everyday dirt, this is what happens. The parts your hands don't touch don't turn yellow, so you end up with some yellow areas and some areas in the original color.

The metal buckle also often fades where it's touched. That's hard to avoid after long use.
