This customer's jacket came out of the washing machine with dye transfer. The customer said it had sentimental value, so we avoided any methods that might damage the fabric.

The red also seemed to be only on the print, so we suspected the color had bled from the print itself over the years. While treating it, we avoided letting the fabric overlap for long periods, so the same thing wouldn't happen again.

The customer was very happy with the result. When we delivered it back, this customer, a real estate agent, was delighted and gave it a big thumbs-up.
