With heavily soiled shoes, the first thing to know is that stains can't always be fully removed.

This is especially true of physical or permanent damage. Common examples are burns from fireworks, cigarette butts or other hot objects, and damage from abrasion.

Stains that have built up over years can also only be reduced as much as possible. Shoes that are old, or haven't been cleaned for a whole year, really can't be made new again with a single wash.

It's like going to the doctor: one operation can't fix everything, and ongoing care afterward matters too.

The dirt in each of these cases is different, and every time we do everything we can. That's why some jobs take a little longer. Thank you for your patience.
