The customer got motorcycle grease on this jacket, tried a simple fix that didn't work, and brought it to us. The photo is a close-up of the treated area.
It is basically clean now. When a stain has already been treated many times, it becomes more complex and much harder to remove.
As the photo shows, about 80-90% came out. We were lucky that it cleaned up.
