These slides had overall yellowing and heavy glue seepage in places.

All we could do was bring back as much of their original bright silver look as possible, so the yellowed areas aren't noticeable from a distance.

After all, shoe cleaning isn't the same as refurbishing.

Just as it's hard for a serious injury to heal without a scar, we can only do everything we can.
