Treating a Garment That Turned Red

The video is mainly here to show you one of the ways we handle dye transfer. You can see the color slowly moving out of the fabric into the wash bath.

The whole garment had a red tint (the customer noticed it after washing and brought it in), and we gradually cleaned it out. This step sometimes has to be repeated more than once, so it's entirely reasonable when a laundry charges you an extra treatment fee.

And when we don't charge an extra fee, as with this one, a word of thanks is always welcome, so the good keeps going around and we can pass the love on~

This garment is from a year ago, and our methods have changed since then. I came across the photo while sorting pictures and wanted to share it.
