When this one came in, I made a point of asking our front desk staff whether the customer had said anything when dropping it off.

She said the customer described the down jacket as "a bit yellow."

I figured everyone defines that differently, because I was a little shocked the moment I saw it.

Either way, we recommend not storing a jacket without cleaning it first. It's really hard on the fabric.

This time we used a gentle method to reduce damage to the fabric. Because the affected area was so large, we recorded a video and forgot to take photos. I also forgot to move the camera slowly, so it's a little blurry.

From 2026 on, we charge a modest treatment fee for garments like this. At this point it's a rescue job, not just a regular down jacket cleaning.
