A customer sent in these combat boots for cleaning, but the leather on the uppers was already worn. Damage like this can only be fixed with restoration.

If you have an item that really needs restoration, we suggest bringing it in during our summer off-season. We have more time then and can be more thorough with color and detail.

For color, we usually match the area inside the tongue that's covered by the laces. Other areas tend to fade a little from wear and exposure, so the part under the laces is usually the original color :)

Comparing it with the official website ourselves, we'd give the color match about 87 out of 100.

After restoration, just condition the leather and wear them as usual, and they're ready for several more years.
